You’ll actively participate in every step of the process, from grinding the spices to preparing the paste. In addition to the preparation, we’ll discuss various ways to use harissa in your dishes to add a spicy and flavorful kick.                                                                                                           
  3. At the end of the class, you’ll take home your own jar of homemade harissa, along with recipes and tips for continuing to explore Tunisian cuisine in your own kitchen.
